Firenze Camino Safe provides eco-certified chimney sweeping, Level 1–3 inspection, masonry repair, eco-safe waterproofing, dryer vent cleaning and fireplace restoration in Florence and the Tuscany region.
2. Appointments
Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a €35 fee. We offer Saturday appointments with no surcharge and 24/7 emergency call-out.
3. Pricing & Payment
All chimney jobs are quoted after initial assessment in Florence. Payment due on completion by cash, SEPA or card.
4. Eco-Clean Guarantee
We use only eco-certified cleaning products. Zero harsh chemicals in your home. Worksite left spotless — guaranteed or we return within 7 days at no cost.
5. Liability
Firenze Camino Safe holds €2,500,000 public liability insurance on all chimney work.
6. Safety
Clients must provide safe access to chimney areas. Children and pets must be kept away from work zones during chimney service.
7. Governing Law
Governed by Italian law. Disputes subject to the Court of Florence.
